Accounts Manager

IONA Creation is a fast-growing women's ethnic wear brand specializing in premium pure cotton kurti sets. Known for quality craftsmanship, perfect fitting, and elegant designs, IONA serves retailers across Northeast India and is expanding rapidly into new markets. Our focus is on building a strong, reliable brand with professional systems and efficient financial management.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

• Key Responsibilities:Invoice entry, purchase entry, and sales entry in Tally Prime
• Maintain receipts and payments records properly
• Generate and manage E-way bills and related documentation
• Handle bank-related work including bank entries, reconciliation, and coordination
• Maintain debtor and creditor accounts
• Ensure proper accounting of expenses and daily transactions
• Assist in GST-related work and maintain proper records
• Maintain organized financial documents and reports

• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory
• Basic understanding of GST, E-way bill, and accounting principles
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.)
• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently
