🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Area Manager to oversee operations, sales, and team performance within the assigned region. The role involves managing field teams, ensuring timely project execution, and driving business growth.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities📍 Operations ManagementManage daily site operations (EV charger installations, electrical work, etc.)
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects
• Monitor site progress and resolve on-ground issues
• 👷 Team ManagementHandle technicians and field staff
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and reporting
• 📊 Sales & Business GrowthGenerate new leads and expand business in the assigned area
• Coordinate with sales/telesales team for closures
• Maintain relationships with clients
• 📈 Reporting & CRMMaintain daily reports (assigned / completed / pending sites)
• Update CRM systems regularly
• Track technician performance and productivity
• ⚙️ Quality & ComplianceEnsure quality of work and safety standards
• Handle customer complaints and escalations
• 🔹 RequirementsGraduate (preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in operations / field management / sales
• Experience in electrical / EV / technical field is a plus
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
• Comfortable with field work and travel
