Job Purpose: Executive - Sales - Advertisement provides vital support to the sales team, assisting in executing sales strategies and maintaining client communication. This role focuses on data management and reporting while conducting market research to identify business growth opportunities and supporting overall sales initiatives.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in the execution of sales strategies and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, provide support, and follow up on outstanding proposals.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Data Management and Reporting:

Track and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Assist in generating sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key insights and trends.

Sales Performance Tracking:

Continuously monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs, to assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies.

Prepare detailed reports that highlight trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.

Analyse competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
