Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

  • Budget preparation by interacting with cross functional teams and project managers.
  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement to validate Capex spend and asset classification.
  • Preparation & analysis of monthly Capex MIS.
  • Track Capital expenditure with respect to budget and reporting the same to the management on fortnightly basis.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy & efficiency in Capex reporting.
  • Preparation of data for Multi Year Tariff Plan to be submitted to AERA.
  • Tracking Capital expenditure and capitalization w.r.t AERA approved projects.
  • Monitor fuel procurement, storage and distribution costs of Fuel Farm operations.
  • Oversee timely and accurate billing for fuel services as per contract.
  • Oversee timely and accurate booking for expenses related to fuel services.
  • Coordinate with finance and other departments for reconciliations, audits and payment follow ups.
  • Maintain records of fuel uplift, inventory and sales.
  • Liaise with oil marketing companies (OMCs) and airport authorities.
  • Ensure SLAs with service providers are met.
  • Support audit and inspection by external agencies.
  • Ensure adherence to DGA, AERA, PESO and other relevant authorities’ guidelines.
  • CA/CMA/MBA Finance with experience of at least 1-2 years.
  • Hands on working experience in SAP.
  • Having good command of Excel.
