Associate Manager-Surveyor

Conduct detailed topographic and boundary surveys to establish project layout and provide baseline data for design teams. - Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate design plans into precise site measurements, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory standards. - Perform staking out of structures, roads, drainage systems, and utility lines as per project specifications and approved drawings. - Utilize advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, laser scanners, and digital levels to achieve high accuracy and efficiency in data collection. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive survey records, maps, sketches, and documentation for use in construction and future reference. - Verify and validate survey data through rigorous checks, ensuring that any discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved to avoid project delays. - Assist in monitoring site progress against design plans, identifying potential issues or conflicts in civil works and proposing corrective measures. - Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and obtain necessary survey permits. - Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives by adhering to Adani’s safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety awareness on site. - Lead or mentor junior surveyors and site staff, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing aligned with the company’s growth-oriented culture. - Employ digital survey and GIS technologies to enhance data visualization and reporting, enabling real-time updates and informed decision-making. - Contribute to cost control by optimizing survey processes and minimizing rework through precision and proactive planning. - Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs related to site surveying challenges and solutions. - Ensure all surveying activities align with Adani’s sustainability goals, minimizing environmental impact during field operations. - Continuously update professional knowledge by attending training sessions, workshops, and industry seminars pertinent to thermal projects and civil surveying advancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field from a recognized university or institute
