• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all projects within the Thermal Projects industry.
• Lead and direct project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
• Establish project control mechanisms to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

• Minimum of 20-30 years of experience in project management within the Thermal Projects industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proven experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
