Bakery Helper

Assist in preparation and production of bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts

Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines

Operate bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers) as per SOPs

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bakery section as per hotel standards

Ensure proper storage and labeling of bakery ingredients and finished products

Support mise-en-place and daily production schedules

Minimize wastage and follow food cost control measures

Comply with FSSAI, hygiene, and safety regulations

Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations

Basic bakery and baking knowledge

Ability to work under pressure in a hotel environment

Good time management and teamwork

Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel SOPs.
