What You'll Do:

Engage with international customers via inbound and outbound calls, providing world-class service.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Utilize advanced communication skills to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with our diverse clientele.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our cutting-edge BPM Sales system

Fix Time : 4 PM to 11 PM
