Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Business Development Associate to support the growth and expansion of our business operations. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and assisting in closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen interest in developing a career in business development and sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Business Development
  • Identify and generate potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

 

 

  1. Sales Pitching and Presentations
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product pitches to potential clients.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company’s products and services.
  1. Negotiation and Deal Closure
  • Support negotiation processes and assist in closing sales deals.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of clients to the account management team post-closure.
  1. Reporting and Coordination
  • Maintain daily records of sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist the reporting manager and management with special assignments, including research, data analysis, and administrative support as required.



Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities.
  3. Sound presentation and negotiation skills.
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  6. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
