Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Guwahati, BASISTHA CHARIALI.
Department: Sales, B2B.
Role Summary:
We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Executives for our Guwahati team. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner with good communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory
Explain products/services clearly and close sales effectively
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Update daily sales reports and maintain client data
Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Preferred Candidate Profile:
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
Compensation & Target Details:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive incentive plan applicable after 3 months
Training Target: ₹2,00,000 during the training period
Post-Probation Target: After completion of probation (typically 3–6 months), the sales target will be calculated on a 0.8 factor of the current salary
