Job Description
Key responsible Areas:
- Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or markets through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, social selling, and referrals.
- Qualifying leads: Evaluating which leads are most likely to become paying customers based on their needs, budget, and interest.
- Maintaining the sales pipeline: Tracking all sales activities and customer interactions
- Executing the sales process
- Conducting presentations: Demonstrating and presenting products or services to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to address their specific needs.
- Negotiating and closing deals: Handling customer objections, negotiating terms and pricing, and finalizing sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly or annual targets.
- Providing after-sales support: Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
