Business Development Trainee

Job Description:

SPM Group is hiring Business Development Trainees to handle client communication, lead generation, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling and service explanation
• Handle inquiries, counseling, and follow-ups
• Lead generation and conversion support
• Maintain call and client records

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (minimum)
• 6+ months telecalling/counseling preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills welcome

Skills:

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn

Salary: Depends on interview

Note: 3-month probation period
