Responsibilities

• Develop, document and manage effective internal function processes based on Quality principles and as per regulatory requirement
• Develop, document and manage effective ASQ processes.
• Driving Continuous improvement programs
• Develop , Document  the Adani Service Quality Standards
• Develop, Document and Standardize the Documentation & Control  procedure
• Drive Customer Relationship a Management (CRM) for Adani Airports
• Drive the Website launch for IXE, LKO and AMD & other Airports  in close Liaison IT and CBC

Qualifications

Qualification: MBA  or equivalent with Six Sigma Certification

Experience:  4-10 years in Aviation Sector with relevant experience
