We are currently seeking proactive individuals to join our team as Call Center Executive for the UK process(Day Shift).

Position Overview: As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the United Kingdom. Your role involves effectively communicating product or service information, generating leads, and promoting sales through persuasive communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database

Introduce products/services, explain their features, and answer customer queries

Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads

Use persuasive communication techniques to promote and sell products/services

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

Follow scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistency and quality


Requirements:


Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills

Higher Secondary /diploma; additional qualifications are advantageous
