Your Day-to-Day:

• Chat with customers and solve their queries
• Share accurate information in a friendly, professional tone
• Deliver smooth, top-quality support every time

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Freshers welcome — experience is a plus!
• Strong written English and typing speed
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends & nights)
