Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams

Monitor material usage and ensure quality control at site

Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation

Ensure safety standards and work discipline at site

Coordinate with senior engineers and report project status

Handle basic measurements and billing-related work

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

1–2 years of relevant site experience

Good knowledge of residential/commercial construction

Ability to handle site independently

Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for site visits

Willing to work in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh

Skills Required:

Site supervision and coordination

Basic understanding of drawings and BOQs

Good communication and reporting skills

Problem-solving ability
