Designation: Supervisor

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Must in relevant field of Collection/Loan/EMI /Recovery etc.

Salary: 30000-40000+ per month.

A. Team Management

1. Supervise and monitor Field Executives

2. Allocate cases/portfolios for recovery.

3. Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.

4. Ensure timely collection of EMIs and overdue amounts.

5. Follow up on delinquent and high-risk accounts.

6. Assist team in difficult or escalated recovery cases.

B. Target Achievement

1. Ensure monthly recovery targets are achieved.

2. Monitor bucket-wise performance.

C. Compliance & Discipline

1. Ensure recovery practices follow RBI guidelines and company SOPs.

2. Prevent use of abusive language, force, or unethical practices.

3. Report any fraudulent or misconduct cases immediately.

D. Customer Handling

1. Resolve customer disputes related to dues and payments.

2. Negotiate repayment plans or settlements as per policy.

3. Reporting & Documentation

4. Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

5. Track field visits, collection status, and agent performance.

6. Ensure proper receipt issuance and payment tracking.
