Collections Supervisor

The Collection Supervisor will be responsible for managing field and tele-collection teams to achieve recovery targets while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor daily collection activities of field executives and tele-callers
• Allocate accounts and routes to team members based on bucket strategy
• Ensure achievement of monthly recovery and collection targets.
• Conduct daily briefings, follow-ups, and performance reviews.
• Track collections, receipts, and customer commitments.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical recovery practices.
• Handle escalated customer cases and resolve disputes professionally
• Coordinate with MIS team for accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Support skip tracing and high-risk account resolution
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve productivity
• Liaise with management and clients regarding performance and operational issues
