Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Indian, Chinese, and Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic dishes across these cuisines, ensuring consistency, taste, and high presentation standards. You will be responsible for creating mouth-watering meals that delight our guests and uphold the reputation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes with high-quality ingredients.
• Plan menus, develop new recipes, and maintain food quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared according to standardized recipes and food hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department for stock requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure proper food handling procedures.
• Manage portion control and minimize wastage to optimize food cost.
• Innovate and bring fresh ideas for menu improvements and specials.
• Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and seasonal menus.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as per FSSAI and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian, Chinese, and Continental Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Formal culinary training is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
