Job Description: Computer Science Faculty

Position: Computer Science Faculty  

Duty Time: 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM  

Salary: ₹9,000 to ₹11,000 per month  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching: Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions to ensure students grasp core concepts of computer science subjects, including programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and software development.

2. Student Understanding: Simplify complex topics and use diverse teaching methods to make the material understandable for students of varying skill levels.

3. Curriculum Development: Assist in designing course materials, lesson plans, and assignments that align with academic goals and the institution's standards.

4. Assessment & Evaluation: Regularly assess students through assignments, quizzes, and exams. Provide constructive feedback to help improve their knowledge and skills.

5. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, engaging learning environment by fostering student participation and addressing any concerns or questions effectively.

6. Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey, helping them with problem-solving and project work.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive teaching approach and stay updated on the latest developments in the field.

8.Administrative Duties: Participate in meetings, attend training sessions, and fulfill any additional responsibilities as required by the institution.
