Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for handling walk-in customers at the store, understanding their needs, and selling company products and services while ensuring a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers at the counter
• Promote and sell products and services
• Explain plans, offers, and benefits clearly
• Complete customer documentation and activation
• Handle basic customer queries and complaints
• Maintain customer records in the system
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility:

• Graduation (mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
