2) Experience of 1-2 years of in same automobile industry or customer facing role OR MBA freshers are also welcome

Primary Responsibility

Ø Customer Care

¨ Greet, escort, seat the customers and offer refreshments (tea/ coffee)

¨ Enquire and understand customers queries related to vehicle type, model, specifications and understand the problem

¨ Coordinate with other colleagues to ensure satisfactory response to customer’s queries

¨ Managing client relationships to build a reputation for
excellent service and generate repeat business.

¨ Taking customer feedback face to face after completion of service work

Ø Post Sales Feedback (PSF)& Complaint management

· To make sure Feedback calls goes to respective customers after third day of delivery

· To maintain a standard of PSF score(>90%) in every month

· Resolve customer problems promptly and escalate the one which are highly technical or requires urgent intervention

Ø SML calling

· SML calling to the customer should hit 100 %

· Maximum importance should be given on conversion ratio from the lost customers and missed service customers

·

Ø Service Booking

· Regularly updating and monitoring List of service due customer & Lost customer list, information of service history, AMC, Delight point, no of calls

and SMS send to customer & list of service booking vehicle to Works manager and Security,

· Based on service history , fixed service booking for the vehicles for a particular day

Ø Process implementation &Adherence to norms

· Process implementation as per the standard of TML,

· Close attention to service safety measures as per the norms of TML

· Keep good records and documentation of related informations in registers
