As a Customer Service Representative at TTEC, you’ll provide a personalized, customer-centric experience that makes a difference in people's lives. You’ll help solve customer inquiries, provide solutions, and create an environment that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

● Customer Support: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

● Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and questions with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.

● Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.

● Efficient Communication: Provide clear, concise, and professional communication both verbally and in writing.

● Customer Retention: Promote the company's products and services in a way that encourages customer satisfaction and retention.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve customer service goals and maintain high satisfaction levels.

● System Use: Navigate multiple systems to track, resolve, and follow up on customer issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

● Prior customer service experience is an asset (at least 6 months).

● Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a positive, empathetic attitude. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes 

Candidate Eligibility:

● Must have excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

● Must be willing to work on-site and in a rotational 24/7 shift environment.

● Must provide relevant documents, including Aadhaar and PAN linkage, at the time of selection.
