🔎 Job Summary Debt Recovery Agent - Field Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Debt Recovery Agent to join our team in siliguri, guwahati, assam and entire north east region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating repayment schedules, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Contact borrowers (by phone, email, and in person if required) to collect overdue payments.
• Communicate with customers to understand reasons for delayed payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, contacts, agreements, and recovery actions in the system.
• Follow the company’s debt recovery policies and guidelines.
• Work toward meeting daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Provide excellent customer service while encouraging timely repayments.
• Prepare reports summarizing collections, customer interactions, and obstacles.
• Coordinate with the team and management on difficult accounts or escalations.

🎯 Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Required:Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Higher education preferred).
• DRA certification required
• Excellent communication skills (Nepali, Hindi & English).
• Basic understanding of phone etiquette and professional interaction.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and respectfully.
• Willingness to visit customers locally (if needed).
• Preferred:Previous experience in collections, sales, customer service, or field work.
• Knowledge of local areas and communities in the region.
• Should know Nepali very well.

• 💼 Performance & Incentives
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
• Incentive/Commission: Performance-based incentives on targets achieved (can significantly increase earnings).
