Digital Marketing – Key Responsibilities

1. YouTube Marketing

• Plan, record, and edit marketing videos.

• Upload long-form videos and Shorts/Reels regularly.

• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach.

• Monitor YouTube analytics and improve performance based on insights.

2. META (Facebook & Instagram)

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.

• Handle lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion campaigns.

• Analyze ad performance (ROAS, CTR, CPL) and scale profitable campaigns.

• Manage regular posts, stories, reels, and engagement.

3. Google Marketing

• Run and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube Ads).

• Work on SEO to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

• Keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic off-page activities.

• Manage Google AdSense (if applicable) and performance tracking.

4. Content & Performance Tracking

• Plan content calendars for all digital platforms.

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Suggest new strategies to increase leads, reach, and brand visibility.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales and management teams.

• Ensure marketing leads are properly tracked in CRM.

• Submit regular performance reports to management.
