Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Media & Growth Strategist to manage our brand’s online presence and accelerate growth across digital platforms. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that not only reach people — but also convert them into engaged followers, leads, and loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business.

2. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for lead generation and awareness.

3. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.

4. Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing creatives, reels, and ad copies.

5. Monitor audience behavior and engagement metrics to develop growth strategies.

6. Maintain monthly performance reports and dashboards for management review.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

2. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO.

3. Understanding of content strategy, copywriting, and audience engagement.

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.).
