Job Title: Digital Sales Executive

Company: Archana Machinery Stores

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager / Management


Job Summary


Archana Machinery Stores is looking for a Digital Sales Executive who can generate sales through online platforms and digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling online inquiries, converting leads into customers, promoting industrial products digitally, and building relationships with clients across the North East region.


Key Responsibilities

1. Online Lead Generation


Generate leads through Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other B2B platforms.


Identify potential customers such as factories, workshops, construction companies, and industrial buyers.


2. Digital Sales Conversion


Handle incoming online inquiries and convert them into sales.


Send product quotations, catalogs, and pricing to customers.


Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals.


3. Customer Relationship Management


Maintain regular communication with existing customers.


Build long-term relationships with industrial buyers and dealers.


Maintain proper records of leads and customer interactions.


4. Product Promotion


Promote company products like electric motors, pumps, belts, pulleys, chainsaws, industrial spares, and machinery through digital channels.


Share product updates, offers, and promotions with potential clients.


5. Market Research


Identify new market opportunities and potential industries.


Track competitors and pricing in the market.


6. Coordination with Sales & Operations


Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and accounts department for order processing and delivery.


Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.


7. Reporting


Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.


Update management on lead status, sales pipeline, and market feedback.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field


1–3 years experience in sales, digital sales, or B2B sales (industrial products preferred)


Key Skills


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Knowledge of digital platforms like IndiaMART, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business


Basic understanding of industrial machinery products


Ability to convert leads into customers


Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
