Duty Manager - Facilities Operations
Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance Support:
Provides basic support for routine facility maintenance tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep & assists in the maintenance of common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces.
Operates basic facility maintenance equipment and tools safely and efficiently, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
Safety Compliance:
Adheres to all safety regulations and procedures while performing facility maintenance tasks & reports safety hazards and incidents promptly to supervisors.
Participates in safety training programs and drills to enhance safety awareness and knowledge.
Equipment Operation:
Operates facility maintenance equipment, including cleaning machines, power tools, and other relevant equipment, according to safety guidelines & ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
Troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions and reports issues to maintenance technicians for repair.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of facility maintenance activities & provides administrative support to the facilities team as required.
Assists in preparing reports and documentation related to facility maintenance and operations.
Customer Service:
Provides basic assistance to building occupants regarding facility-related concerns & responds to inquiries and resolves minor issues in a timely manner.
Ensures a clean and safe environment for building occupants by addressing their needs and concerns.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Collaborates with other facility maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations & supports the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication.
Participate in Training Programs:
Attend all scheduled mandatory classroom training sessions as per the training calendar.
Identify personal areas for improvement and career development, and self-nominate for relevant training sessions that align with those goals.

Educational Qualifications:
