ETP/STP Project Engineer

We are looking for a qualified professional with proven experience in Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) installation, commissioning, and project handling. The role involves ensuring smooth project execution, compliance with environmental standards, and reliable operation of treatment systems.

Responsibilities

·      Supervise installation and commissioning of ETP & STP systems.

·      Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors for timely project completion.

·      Ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

·      Oversee pumps, blowers, agitators, piping, and structural components.

·      Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.

·      Prepare layouts, drawings, and mechanical BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

·      Handle electrical panels, motors, cabling, and instrumentation.

·      Ensure proper wiring, earthing, and power distribution for plant equipment.

·      Troubleshoot electrical faults and maintain control systems.

·      Support plant operators in daily operation and monitoring of treatment processes.

·      Conduct performance checks and optimize energy/chemical consumption.

·      Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation.

·      Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
