Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end technology initiatives of the project. 
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and availability of information. 
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on system performance and usage. 
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business strategy. 
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for various stakeholders. 
• Support data-driven decision-making processes across the organization. 
• Lead and manage MIS projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. 
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans. 
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. 
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and innovations 
• Design and implement system enhancements and integrations with other business applications. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Provide customer support for system functional, operational and technical issues. 
• Develop MIS process improvements for increased efficiency. 
• Maintain and support MIS activities. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems/issues. 
• Create and generate reports in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Conduct system training to appropriate staff on a regular basis. 
• Train users on new applications and upgrades. 
• Responsible for Vendor invoice process. 
• Responsible for Complete Data backup preparation 
• Daily report preparation of complete data from different applications & source 
• Billable Data Collection, validation & uploading to WFM application. 
• Making WFM improvements as and when required with the coordination of development team. 
• Weekly meetings with the WFM team for updating. 
• End-to-End support & resolving issues of officials, & internal team during field activity on daily basis 
• Preparing process documents & SOP’s as and when required by management. 
• SLA & HQ reports preparation on monthly basis. 
• Preparation of Invoicing data for meter installation. 
• Validating deployment & operation Invoices after validation on monthly basis.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Minimum 3 years’ experience in utility sector for MIS.

Desirable: If any FIR or bad behavior with DISCOM
