Field Executives are responsible for visiting customers, negotiating repayments, maintaining daily reports, and adhering strictly to RBI guidelines while upholding professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Position: Field Executive – Debt Recovery & Collection

Certification Required: DRA Certified

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for overdue payment collection

• Maintain professional communication and negotiation

• Update daily recovery reports and field visits

• Coordinate with branch managers / collection teams

• Ensure compliance with RBI and legal guidelines

• Handle sensitive cases with tact and professionalism

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of banking/loan products

• Local area familiarity

• Ability to work in field conditions

• Integrity and ethical conduct
