Job Description
1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation working part-time,
2. Manage various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers,
3. Ensure acceptance of leads of customers who are willing to opt for Jio services & mature the leads by resolving queries if any during, product delivery,
4. JC route planning basis leads to ensure 100% coverage across JC,
5. Visit the customer premises on mutually agreed time with customer to, mature the lead and deliver Jio services
