Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Assam

Location: Entire Assam RegionJob Summary:We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to expand our distribution network and drive sales for our FMCG Namkeen products across Assam. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, retailer connections, and prior experience in FMCG snack/namkeen sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage distributors and retailers in assigned territories across Assam.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent order booking.
• Visit market daily for retailer and distributor meetings.
• Expand product placement and visibility in general trade markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new clients.
• Ensure timely payment collection from distributors/retailers.
• Track competitor activities, schemes, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare daily sales reports, order status, and follow-up remarks.
• Build brand visibility through in-market promotions and product placement.
• Required Experience & Skills:1–5+ years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably namkeen/snacks.
• Strong network with distributors and retailers in Assam.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting.
• Education:Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Compensation:Commission-based or target-based model (as per company structure).
