Field Sales Executive

*Job Title:* Sales Executive - Doorstep Diesel Delivery

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the doorstep diesel delivery business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced and competitive market.

*Responsibilities:*

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of diesel to customers

- Provide feedback and insights to management on customer needs and market trends

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fuel or logistics industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel

- Basic knowledge of diesel fuel and industry trends

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

- Experience in doorstep diesel delivery or a similar industry

- Knowledge of the local market and customer base

- Strong network of contacts in the industry

- Familiarity with sales software and tools
