🚀 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive (FMCG – Grocery Segment)

💼 About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, building strong retailer and distributor relationships, and expanding our market presence across Guwahati and Assam.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-ground sales and distribution of grocery/FMCG items (rice, sugar, pulses & other staples).
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
• Execute product placements, promotions, and ensure visibility in stores.
• Conduct regular market visits within Guwahati and quarterly travel across Assam for business development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

🎯 What We’re Looking Fo

• rMinimum 1 year of experience in FMCG field sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

💰 What We Offer

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month
• Travel Allowance: Petrol and field expenses covered
