Position: XFE (Field Sales Executive) – Airtel Broadband

Location: Guwahati,Jorhat,Tinsukia,Sivasagar,Nazira,Haflong,Dhekiajuli,Lumding,Nagaon,Golaghat

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Field Sales / Door-to-Door Sales Preferred)

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

• Job Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell Airtel Broadband & Fiber Plans.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers in assigned territory.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer support and build strong customer relationships.
• Requirements:Bike & Valid Driving License – Mandatory.
• Fresher / Experience in Telecom, Broadband, FMCG, or Field Sales can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be comfortable with field work and outdoor sales.
