Field Service Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Engineer who will play a key role in supporting our hospital and industry clients. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Autoclaves, ETO Sterilizers, and other CSSD equipment, while also ensuring our customers have a smooth and reliable experience with our products.

This is not just a technical job — it’s also about building strong relationships with customers, solving their challenges, and becoming their go-to expert.

What You’ll Do

• Install & Train: Set up Autoclaves and ETO Sterilizers, calibrate them, and train hospital/industry staff on usage.
• Service & Maintain: Carry out preventive maintenance and handle breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
• Customer Support: Provide technical help, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Maintain service reports, safety compliance, and equipment history.

What We’re Looking For

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Previous experience with Autoclaves or ETO Sterilizers is a bonus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, travel when required, and handle on-site situations with confidence.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
