Job Description:We are hiring HDO Engineers for Airtel to handle broadband installation, maintenance, and network support operations in the Guwahati region.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Airtel broadband connections at customer premises.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with backend and field teams for network-related issues.
• Conduct periodic maintenance of network equipment and infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and installation reports.
• Follow safety and quality standards during field operations.
• Requirements:Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred)
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in broadband / telecom / network field service
• Technical knowledge of routers, LAN, and fiber connections preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Must be willing to travel locally for field work
