Job Description

ManipalCigna Health Insurance is looking for motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help clients understand their financial and insurance needs and recommend suitable health insurance and financial protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business

Understand customers’ financial goals and risk profiles

Advise clients on ManipalCigna health insurance products and financial solutions

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines

Provide after-sales support and assist with renewals and policy servicing

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, or Management preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust

Basic understanding of insurance and financial products (training will be provided)

Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

Freshers are welcome

Prior experience in insurance, sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
