Job Title: Fulfillment Center Manager

Department: Operations / Supply Chain

Location: Garchuk(Assam Skill)-Guwahati

Reports To: Sr. Operations Manager / Regional Manger

1. Operational Management

• Oversee end-to-end FC operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

• Ensure daily SLA Fulfillment for order processing and dispatch.

• Monitor operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, TAT, cost per shipment) and implement improvement plans.

• Optimize staffing, equipment utilization, and space planning.

2. People Leadership

• Manage and develop a team of supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.

• Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and skill development initiatives.

• Ensure effective workforce planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management.

• Create a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture on the warehouse floor.

3. Inventory & Quality Control

• Ensure accurate stock management, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

• Minimize shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies through process adherence and audits.

• Uphold quality standards for inbound and outbound processes.
