Full-stack Developer

👷 What You'll Actually Do :

You will own the entire development lifecycle. One day you'll be optimizing a database query, the next you're debating UI/UX with the founder, and the next you're deploying a critical hotfix. Expect chaos, autonomy, and massive impact.

• Build, ship, and maintain end-to-end features for our web application.
• Make foundational architectural decisions that will scale with us.
• Turn product specs and wireframes (often sketched on a napkin) into clean, functional code.
• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (initially, it's all you).
• Talk directly with early users to understand their pain points and iterate.
• Wear every hat imaginable: developer, DevOps, QA, part-time product advisor.

👀 Who We're Looking For

We need a builder who is energized by early-stage ambiguity, not intimidated by it.

You are:

• A product-minded engineer who cares about the "why" and the user, not just the code.
• A pragmatic generalist comfortable across the stack, eager to learn what you don't know.
• Self-motivated and relentless. You find problems and solve them without needing a ticket.
• Communicative and low-ego. You can explain technical concepts clearly and welcome feedback.
• Aligned with the risk and reward. You understand the equity trade-off and are excited by the potential.

You have:

• 3+ years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in our core stack or demonstrable experience quickly learning new technologies.
• A portfolio of projects (professional or personal) that you can walk us through. Show us what you've built.
• Experience with modern development practices (version control, testing, agile methodologies).
• A bias for action and shipping.
