Ground Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Services: Greeting, assisting with check-in, issuing boarding passes, managing reservations, handling lost luggage, and helping passengers with special needs (disabled, children).
• Baggage Handling: Checking in, tagging, loading, unloading, and managing baggage for flights.
• Gate & Boarding: Managing boarding gates, ensuring timely boarding, making announcements, and coordinating with crew.
• Information & Support: Answering questions about flights, delays, and general airport procedures.
• Security & Safety: Implementing security checks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and responding to emergencies.
• Coordination: Liaising with flight crew, security, and other airport personnel for seamless operations.

• Passenger Service Agent (PSA): Focuses on check-in, ticketing, and customer support.
• Ramp Agent: Handles aircraft loading, unloading, and ground support equipment.
• Gate Agent: Manages boarding gates and passenger flow.
• Customer Service Executive: Addresses broader customer inquiries and issues.
