Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Passenger Handling: Greeting, check-in, baggage assistance, directing passengers, resolving issues, boarding/deplaning.
- Ramp Services: Guiding aircraft, baggage loading/unloading (Baggage Handler, Loader).
- Operations Support: Catering, cabin cleaning, flight planning, security checks (Ground Security).
- Ticketing: Selling tickets, managing reservations.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Typically 10th or 12th pass, with diplomas in aviation beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork.
- Training: Specialized aviation ground staff courses improve chances.
