Guest Service Associate

Greet guests, lead them to tables, and provide information about the hotel

Satisfy guest with the service and request for positive review

Take orders, process payments, and ring up orders

Serve food and drinks, and ensure that orders are served as per standards

Clean tables, counters, and other areas of the restaurant

Present bills and send off guests

Deal with complaints in a friendly and efficient manner

Follow health, hygiene, and safety practices

Assist with housekeeping, set up and prepare for functions, and support kitchen staff

Minimum 02 years of Experience in the same field in good brand.
