Hotel Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Homestay Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our homestay. The candidate should be able to handle operations independently in the owner’s absence and also coordinate smoothly when the owner is present.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the homestay
• Handle guest check-in, check-out and guest queries
• Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping coordination and basic maintenance
• Manage bookings, room availability and guest records
• Supervise staff and daily work schedules
• Handle cash, payments and basic accounts reporting
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Ensure good guest experience and resolve complaints professionally
• Stay on the property and be available as required
