Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1) Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance

2) Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution

3) Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

4) Monitor budgets, financial reports, and control costs to ensure profitability

5) Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

6) Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations

7) Maintain quality standards and ensure cleanliness across the property
