Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage payroll processing, recruitment activities, and expense tracking
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment & HR coordination
3. Manage leads received from multiple channels and assign them to the Sales Team via CRM
4. Prepare and submit weekly sales and performance reports to management
5. Manage social media leads and paid advertisements (Meta / Google, if applicable)
Skills Required:
1. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
2. Good communication and coordination skills
3. Prior experience in HR operations and lead management preferred
4. Must possess leadership qualities and a team-building attitude
