Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to manage the complete HR operations of our centralised backend office supporting multiple large petrol pumps across Northeast India. The role involves recruitment, attendance & payroll oversight, employee relations, training, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for office and petrol pump staff.
• Plan manpower requirements with department heads.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Set up HR policies, SOPs, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS, and employee lifecycle.
• Conduct trainings for accounts, billing, operations & support teams.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate regularly with petrol pump managers for manpower needs.
• Supervise office administration: housekeeping, pantry, security & support staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in retail, logistics, hospitality, or multi-location operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour compliance, and performance management.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to build HR systems and scale teams.
