Hiring: HR Recruiter (Work From Home) – Performance Based Growth

Location: Work From Home (Guwahati-based agency)

Salary Structure:
• ₹8,000 Fixed (First 3 Months – Strictly Performance Based)
• ₹10,000 Fixed after 3 Months (Based on Results)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Conduct initial screening & interview coordination
• Daily follow-up with candidates until joining
• Maintain proper tracker & update master sheet daily
• Ensure minimum billing performance every month
• Work on Domestic & International client requirements
