Job Description

• Generate leads through personal network, referrals, field activities, and digital channels.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the insurer or agency.
• Cross-sell and up-sell additional covers or riders based on client profile and needs.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert prospects into policyholders.

Customer service and claims

• Provide ongoing after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders.
• Educate clients on policy terms, documentation, and procedures for claims.
• Guide and support customers during claim intimation, form filling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the insurance company/branch to track claim status and resolve customer issues.
